Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, and a short description of what you are working on. When you submit it, your details are sent to our website, held briefly in private storage with our hosting provider, and emailed to us at contact@cryogenix.ai. The stored copy is deleted as soon as the email is delivered. If the website cannot accept your message, your own email app opens with it filled in instead, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, understand the work you are considering, and continue the conversation you requested. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Website analytics
This website does not use analytics or advertising measurement services. If we add one, we will update this page to name the provider, the information collected, and the choices available to you.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. This preference is used only to display the site in the theme you selected. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Site services
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website. Vercel hosts the site and runs the contact form, including the private storage that holds a submission until it has been emailed to us. Like any web host, Vercel also processes standard request information such as your IP address and browser type. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Google Workspace, our email provider, delivers contact form submissions to our inbox and handles any email you send us.
Project information
Keep your initial enquiry general. Do not include confidential records, credentials, personal data, or access details. Confidentiality, access, retention, and project data handling should be agreed as part of the project scope.
Retention and deletion
The temporary stored copy of a form submission is deleted once it has been emailed to us, normally within seconds. If our email service is unavailable, it is kept only until it can be delivered. We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on the conversation. You can ask us at any time to delete the information you sent, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
